1. How do I track my order?

You can track your order 24 hours after it is placed.

2. Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible items can be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 7 days of receiving an order or 2 days for upholstery items within the city of Karachi. An original receipt is required.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

  • Monogrammed/Personalized items
  • Made to Order items, including custom rugs and furniture
  • Mattresses
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

*Please note that difference in color on your screen may slightly vary to the actual product and hence this may not be the reason for exchange. Exchange and refund are only applicable on products with manufacturing defects.

4. Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

When you checkout, you will be given the option on the shipping page to Ship to multiple addresses.

5. Why Is the price for an item different from when I added it to the shopping cart?

Prices are subject to change — including temporary reductions as well as permanent increases. The prices of items in your cart represent the current price for which you will be charged.

You cannot return monogrammed or customized items.

Shipping options/charges

1. What shipping options are available

Our products are delivered in two ways:

  • Front Door Parcel Delivery to your delivery address
  • Truck Delivery for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits

2. How do you deliver furniture?

Most furniture is delivered by truck delivery. Items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice and they are unpacked and fully assembled. Some smaller furniture pieces can be delivered by parcel carrier.

3. What are the transportation charges within Karachi?

Transportation charges depend on the weight of the order placed.

Within Karachi, we have a fixed rate of PKR1200/- for big cargo and PKR 250/- for anything under 10kg.

4. Do you deliver to other cities in Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver to other cities in Pakistan.

5. How much does it cost to deliver to other cities?

Deliveries to other cities in Pakistan, the charges are PKR 1500/- for anything under 10kg.

6. How do you deliver furniture to other cities?

Most furniture is delivered by truck, train or air depending on their, size, weight and fragility

7. Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery for selected products.

8. Do you do international delivery?
