Once you place your order for additional colors of custom merchandise you have 24 hours to change or cancel. after 24 hours your 50% deposit is nonrefundable. The 24-hour timeframe begins as soon as you place your order and confirm your preferred selection online. for personalized orders, the full amount is required at time of purchase. personalized or monogrammed items cannot be returned exchanged or cancelled at any time and are nonrefundable.
