SHIPPING/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Urban Kolachi we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive one. we will do our best to make things right for you if you are not satisfied.

SHIPPING

Items usually ship within 2 to 7 business days after the confirmation of the order is placed within Karachi Items will usually ship within 7 to 14 business days after the order is placed to all other cities of Pakistan. customized items will be shipped in 3 to 6 weeks after the order is placed and confirmed.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

NON-FURNITURE ITEMS

we will accept return and exchange of non-furniture items if they are returned within 7 days of customer receipt, a valid proof of purchase is needed, and items are returned in good condition unused and unwashed.

FURNITURE

If you are not satisfied with your furniture purchase upon receipt you must contact us within 3 days of your delivery or arrange a return through an online form. The item must be returned within 4 days of delivery and will be inspected upon return. Exchange or refund is not applicable on products if they are damaged in the care of the client.

CUSTOMIZATION

These special-order items are made to your individual specification; therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchange. We require 50% deposit for all additional color and custom order merchandise. Once you place your order for additional colors of custom merchandise you have 24 hours to change or cancel. after 24 hours your 50% deposit is nonrefundable. The 24-hour timeframe begins as soon as you place your order and confirm your preferred selection online. for personalized orders, the full amount is required at time of purchase. personalized or monogrammed items cannot be returned exchanged or cancelled at any time and are nonrefundable.
